Starting MySQL.Manager of pid file without updating file.[FAILED

mysql won't boot because the hard drive is full.
Log on and take a look and find out why.
Delete the mysql log file and restart mysql. Error found: Starting MySQL.Manager of pid-file quit updating file.[FAILED]
There are many explanations for this on the Internet, but none of them are what I want to say. data/ mysql-bin. index has not been deleted, data/ mysql-bin. index is a file that stores the index of log files.
Delete data/ mysql-bin.index and service mysqld start.
I haven't written a diary for a long time. I haven't forgotten it yet.
